However, shift-left testing is often discussed only as a side topic and rarely as a unifying factor for the community.
Despite being a bedrock of DevOps, the evolution of QA processes seems to be left undiscussed in the race for high-paced software development. Some of us still find ourselves in slow, semi-automatic testing environments days after the feature has been committed to main. Why does this happen? We believe it's because the industry lacks a proper place to highlight the benefits and proper ways to achieve shift-left continuous testing.
